Construction Design LLC is mainly a new home construction plan service. Working prints can be generated from scratch for people who would like their own custom design, or a print may be chosen and modified from our library of approximately 2,000 different designs. Most of the stock designs range in size from 1,000 to 5,000 square feet. There are cape, colonial, ranch, contemporary, chalet, hip roof and more styles to choose from.
Construction Design will work with homeowners who are planning on doing their own general contracting, or with a builder of their choice. For those building a home for the first time, we can help you choose and develop a design that will work within your budget.
All plans and layouts are computer generated so that each sheet is clear and legible. All copies issued are done with a blackline copy machine to ensure durability on the jobsite.
Construction Design has been in business since 1987. We understand the enormity of new home construction and will work with you closely to ensure your satisfaction with the house before the construction phase begins.
