Donald Carey has been a builder/designer for 30 years. His plans have been praised by contractors and building officials alike for thoroughness and attention to detail. He holds a BS from the University of Connecticut and Master’s from the University of Hartford. He is NAHB certified as Certified Graduate Builder, Graduate Master Builder and Certified Aging in Place Specialist. His practice includes litigation support services for construction disputes and service as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and Better Business Bureau.
